Online Purchase Terms
Shipping
All orders generally ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Company is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. All domestic shipments are made via USPS, and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund within 14 days of delivery date. Refunds will be credited in full amount (excluding shipping charges) and in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 14 days of receipt of package.
We only accept returns if the items are in perfect condition and unused.
Please note that you are responsible for the return product(s) until it reaches us. The Glow Hous will not compensate for lost or stolen parcels during the return process. We advise you to send the package with a tracking number so that it can be traced.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on services. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
